What we do with the details you give us when you book

Navitas Spa & Sports uses the name, phone number, e-mail address, flight details and notes you provide when booking solely to arrange, confirm and deliver your treatment. Data is stored securely, is not sold or used for marketing without your consent, and can be corrected or deleted on request by e-mail.

- Health information you choose to share so that we can treat you safely

- To confirm and deliver your booking and contact you about it on WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail

- To keep a record of your visit for accounting purposes as required by law
How long, and your rights
Booking details are kept for as long as accounting law requires and then deleted; health notes are kept only for the duration of your treatments unless you ask us to keep them for future visits. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@navitashiltonistairport.com. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing without your consent. Data is processed in accordance with Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.

This site sets no advertising cookies. The booking form sends your request to our reservation team; a language preference may be remembered in your browser.
