Guest information
The small print, in plain words
Everything we ask of you and everything you can expect from us — short enough to read on the walk from the terminal.
At a glance
At Navitas Spa, Hilton Istanbul Airport, guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, may change or cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before their appointment, should disclose pregnancy, allergies or recent surgery before a session, receive towels, bathrobe, slippers and disposables, and must be 18 or accompanied by a parent.
These pages describe how a visit works: when to arrive, how to change or cancel, what to tell us about your health, what we provide, how we keep the spaces clean, who may visit, and what we do with your details when you book.
It would be a pleasure to welcome you
