Free up to four hours before — and flexible with flights
At a glance
Bookings at Navitas Spa, Hilton Istanbul Airport, can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the appointment by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. For delayed or cancelled flights, tell us as soon as you know and we rebook you as the day allows.
The rule
- Free changes and cancellations up to 4 hours before your appointment time.
- Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged, since the therapist's time was reserved for you.
- Sultan Hammam and packages involve two therapists or long blocks — please give as much notice as you can.
Flights
Delays happen. Send us your new time on WhatsApp and we move the appointment; if the day is full we offer the next available slot or a refund of any deposit.
