Prices, confirmation, payment and the few rules that keep the spa calm
At a glance
A booking request at Navitas Spa, Hilton Istanbul Airport, becomes a confirmed appointment once our team confirms it on WhatsApp, by phone or e-mail. Rates are per person, confirmed on WhatsApp and payable at the desk after the treatment; changes are free up to 4 hours before; guests are expected to respect the quiet of the spa and the safety guidance of the team.
Requests and confirmation
- A request through this site, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail is confirmed by our team; only a confirmed appointment is reserved.
- We may ask for a deposit for packages, the Sultan Hammam or group bookings.
- Times are shown in Istanbul time.
Prices and payment
- Rates are per person. The rate confirmed at booking applies.
- Payment at the spa desk after the treatment; ask about accepted cards and currencies when you book.
- Gratuities are at your discretion.
Conduct
- The spa is a quiet space: phones silent, calls outside.
- Follow the team's guidance on heat, hygiene and safety.
- Treatments are therapeutic and non-sexual; inappropriate behaviour ends the session immediately, without refund.
- We are not responsible for valuables left outside the lockers.
