Ten minutes early, a locker, a robe — and the clock is ours from then on
At a glance
Please arrive at Navitas Spa, Hilton Istanbul Airport, 10 minutes before your appointment. At the marble reception desk we confirm your treatment and note your preferences; you receive a bathrobe, towels and slippers, leave hand luggage in a locker and change before your therapist collects you. Showers and hairdryers are available afterwards.
Step by step
- 01Enter Hilton Istanbul Airport and ask for The Spa, or follow the signs to the wellness floor.
- 02Check in at reception; tell us about pressure preferences, health conditions or a flight time.
- 03Collect your bathrobe, towels and slippers; lock hand luggage and valuables in a locker.
- 04Change; your therapist or attendant collects you from the lounge.
- 05After the treatment: shower, hairdryer, water or tea, and payment at the desk.
Running late
Message us. We hold your time as long as the day allows; if you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened so that the next guest is not delayed.
