At a glance
At Navitas Spa, Hilton Istanbul Airport, every treatment room, hammam surface and piece of equipment is cleaned to hotel standards after each use; linen, pestemals and kese mitts are fresh for every guest; pool water is tested regularly through the day; and swimming caps are required in the pool.
What we do
- Treatment beds, hammam marble and loungers cleaned and disinfected after every guest
- Fresh towels, bathrobe, pestemal and a new kese mitt for each guest
- Pool water quality measured regularly throughout the day
- Gym equipment wiped down between users; wipes provided
- Single-use disposables where appropriate
What we ask
- Shower before the pool, sauna, steam room and hammam
- Swimming cap in the pool
- Slippers in the wet areas
- Tell us about skin conditions before a scrub
