At a glance
The indoor pool at Hilton Istanbul Airport is a heated, year-round pool with turquoise patterned tiles, a mirrored ceiling, brass wall lights and rattan loungers along a floor-to-ceiling glass wall. Hotel guests use it during scheduled hours; members use it under their plan. A swimming cap is required in the water.
The space
The pool hall is the brightest room on the floor: a long pool with a patterned turquoise bottom, daylight from the glass wall and a mirrored ceiling that doubles it all. Rattan loungers with rolled towels line the window side; large turquoise ceramic vases mark the corners. In the evening the brass sconces take over and the room turns quiet.
Water quality is measured regularly through the day and the pool is kept at a comfortable temperature all year.
Using the pool
- A swimming cap is required for hygiene; bring one or buy one at reception.
- Shower before swimming; towels are provided.
- Children under 18 only with a parent.
- Lengths in the morning, loungers in the afternoon: both are welcome.
