At a glance
The reception of Navitas Spa at Hilton Istanbul Airport is a curved marble desk beneath a lit ceiling, with lounge seating by the windows and backlit cabinets displaying the products used in treatments. Guests check in here, collect a bathrobe, towels and slippers, and leave hand luggage in lockers before their treatment.
Arrival
Come through the hotel and ask for The Spa. At the desk we confirm your treatment, note anything your therapist should know and hand you a bathrobe, towels and slippers. Lockers take hand luggage and coats; the changing rooms have showers and hairdryers, so you can go straight back to the terminal afterwards.
Please arrive ten minutes early — the calm starts at the desk, not on the bed.
The boutique
The cabinets hold the oils, soaps, scrubs and masks used in our rituals, along with pestemals and kese mitts, so you can take the hammam home. Ask the team what was used in your treatment.

Lockers fit hand luggage. For larger bags, hotel guests use the bell desk; passengers should use the terminal's luggage services.
