The Grand Ritual is the longest treatment at Navitas Spa, Hilton Istanbul Airport: a 60-minute hammam scrub and foam ritual, a 60-minute aromatherapy massage and a 25-minute salt peeling, 145 minutes in all. The sequence
- 01An extended scrub & foam ritual (60 minutes): more time on the warm marble, a slower kese and a longer foam massage.
- 02Salt peeling (25 minutes): a mineral scrub that polishes the freshly exfoliated skin and stimulates circulation.
- 03Aromatherapy massage (60 minutes): a long, restful full-body massage with the essential-oil blend you choose.
Planning the visit
Allow three hours at the spa, and if you can, the rest of the day: the Grand Ritual is the treatment after which most guests fall asleep on the heated loungers. It fits a layover of seven hours or more, an arrival day at the hotel, or a member's day off.

Is 145 minutes too long for a first visit?
Not if you have the time — every part is restful. If you are unsure, start with the Diamond Package.
Can I take a break between the parts?
Yes; tea and water are served between the hammam and the massage.
Can I replace the aromatherapy massage?
Any 90-minute massage can replace it — Balinese is a popular choice.
