Sultan Hammam · Four Hands Ritual
The full hammam performed by two therapists in perfect synchrony
At a glance
The Sultan Hammam at Navitas Spa, Hilton Istanbul Airport, is the traditional Turkish bath ritual — warmth, kese scrub and foam massage on the heated marble — performed by two therapists working in synchrony. Four hands double the rhythm and the sense of release. It lasts 50 minutes; ask us on WhatsApp for the current price.
What makes it different
Everything in the Scrub & Foam Ritual happens here too, but with two therapists moving in mirror image: one on each side for the scrub, four hands for the foam, two streams of warm water for the rinse. The brain cannot follow two rhythms at once, so it stops trying — which is the point. Guests describe it as the moment they finally let go.
It is the treatment we suggest for an anniversary, a birthday or the end of a very long journey.
Booking notes
Because it needs two therapists, the Sultan Hammam is best booked a day ahead, especially at weekends and around busy flight banks. Tell us your preference for attendants when you book.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Sultan Hammam the same as the Sultan's Massage?
No. The Sultan Hammam is a four-hands hammam ritual on the marble. The Sultan's Massage is an oil massage on a bed with one therapist, 50 minutes.
Can two guests have it at the same time?
It requires two therapists per guest; for two guests we schedule the rituals back to back.
How far ahead should I book?
A day ahead is ideal; same-day requests are possible when the team allows.
