Airside or landside — the only thing that matters
The spa is landside, which means outside passport control. If you are connecting between two international flights, you will pass through immigration to reach us and enter Türkiye — which for many nationalities is visa-free or a quick e-visa, but check yours first. If you are arriving in Istanbul, departing from it, or connecting via a domestic flight, you are landside anyway and it is simply a walk.
If you cannot leave the airside area, the terminal's lounges offer seated massage services after security. They are the right answer for a tight connection; we are the right answer when you have three hours or more and want the real thing.
