The first room of the Ottoman bath: a tall hall, often with a fountain, galleries of changing cubicles and a place for tea afterwards. The word comes from the glass partitions (cam) of the cubicles. Our reception and lounge play the camekân's role: check-in, lockers, a bathrobe and tea before and after.
