A four-hands treatment is performed by two therapists moving in mirror image — one on each side of the body — so that the brain cannot follow both rhythms and stops trying. At Navitas Spa Hilton Istanbul Airport the four-hands treatment is the Sultan Hammam, on the marble. Because it needs two therapists, it is best booked a day ahead.
